Genuine Biotech Invited to the New Year Government-Enterprise Exchange Conference of Henan Province

On Feb. 2, Liu Ning, Secretary of the CPC Henan Province Committee, and Wang Kai, Governor of Henan Province, met with the representatives of private entrepreneurs of Henan in Zhengzhou, listened to their opinions and suggestions, learned about the recent development of enterprises, and sent their best wishes for the Spring Festival to the private sector in the whole province. Wang Zhaoyang, founder of Genuine Biotech, was invited to the exchange conference as a representative of private entrepreneurs. This exchange conference was conducted with the wishes that all parties thoroughly study and digest General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the development of the private economy and the work in Henan, duly fulfill the work deployment of the CPC Henan Province Committee and implement the spirit of the provincial two sessions, lay emphasis on the strategy of "Four Highs, Four Strivings", and commit to progress and thrive in the respective fields, so as to make a good start on the economy in the first quarter of 2025 and contribute more strength to writing the Henan chapter of Chinese-style modernization.

"General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the private sector is indispensable in the miraculous development of the Chinese economy, and emphasized that private enterprises and private entrepreneurs are part of our family," said Liu Ning. The series of important expositions by General Secretary Xi Jinping has provided fundamental guidance for promoting the high-quality development of the private economy in the new era. In recent years, great achievements have been made in the reform and development of the private economy in Henan, which has become a main force of economic development, a strong engine of scientific & technological innovation, a power source of opening up to the outside world, and a booster of people's livelihood and well-being. On behalf of the CPC Henan Province Committee and the People's Government of Henan Province, Liu Ning extended his sincere greetings and highest respect to all private entrepreneurs and private economies across the province.

Liu Ning emphasized that this year is the end year of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the year for incubation of the 15th Five-Year Plan. He hoped that private enterprises and private entrepreneurs in the province would unify their minds and actions to the scientific judgment, decision, and deployment of the CPC Central Committee on the economic climate, carry forward the spirit of entrepreneurship, strengthen the confidence in development, fully understand and utilize the policies, identify the respective pain points in serving the strategy of "Four Highs, Four Strivings", actively integrate into the construction of a unified national market, seize opportunities, and seek development. Also, private enterprises and private entrepreneurs should speed up transformation and upgrading, insist on leading the development of new quality productive forces with scientific & technological innovation, improve and perfect the modern enterprise system, and set an example of an enterprise/entrepreneur who is patriotic and dedicated to their cause, abides by the laws in operation, holds the spirits of entrepreneurship and innovation, and is always willing to return to the society. Liu Ning pointed out that Henan's economy will be prosperous if the private economy is prosperous, and it will be robust if the private economy is robust. The CPC Henan Province Committee and the People's Government of Henan Province will continue to adhere to the "Two Unshakable" principles, support the healthy development of the private economy, optimize the policies benefiting enterprises, focus on building a close and clean government-enterprise relationship, and provide the best services to private enterprises with utmost sincerity. The federations of industry and commerce at all levels in the province should acquire a deep understanding of the decisive significance of the "Two Establishments", stick to the "Two Upholds", adhere to the principle of "establish with politics, consolidate with solidarity, flourish with service, and strengthen with reform", and take solid steps in doing the works including optimizing the business environment, so as to make more contributions to promoting high-quality economic development in the province.

Wang Kai said in his speech that Henan provides a broad stage for the investment and development of private enterprises with its advantages in location and transportation, its complete industrial system, and its huge market scale, all of which make for a good development trend. At present, the whole province is thoroughly studying and implementing the important exposition of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work in Henan, and racing to contribute to writing the Henan chapter of Chinese-style modernization with these important views in mind. Wang Kai hoped that private entrepreneurs could grasp the trend, strengthen their confidence, carry forward the spirit of entrepreneurship, think, adventure, and invest ambitiously, dare to innovate and create, concentrate on engaging in industry, focus on strengthening the main business, continuously improve the corporate governance capabilities, lead the enterprises to thrive and excel steadily and sustainably, and make new and greater contributions to the high-quality economic development of the province. The government is to adhere to and implement the "Two Unshakable" principles, continue to improve support policies, provide and guarantee all kinds of required elements, protect the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises and entrepreneurs in accordance with the law, polish the normalized communication system, enhance the professionalism of services in the campaign "Ten Thousand People Helping Ten Thousand Enterprises", and accelerate the establishment of a market-oriented, legalized, and international first-class business environment to create better conditions for the development of the private economy.
