Genuine Biotech Announces Appointment of Mr. Gao Jun as Chief Financial Officer

On January 21, 2026, Genuine Biotech officially announced that Mr. Gao Jun joined Genuine Biotech as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take charge of the Company's finance, capital operation, and compliance system improvement.

Mr. Gao has over 28 years of experience in financial management, capital operation, and corporate strategy, and has held key management positions in multiple leading companies. Prior to joining Genuine Biotech, he served as President of Frontage in the Asia Pacific region, where he managed the overall operations in this region. Before that, he also worked at Shanghai Duoning Biotech Co., Ltd as executive director and CFO. In addition, Mr. Gao made significant contributions at Hangzhou Tigermed Consulting Co., Ltd. as Deputy General Manager, Secretary of the Board of Directors, and CFO, in aspects such as corporate listing, mergers, and compliance management, where he accumulated a wealth of first-hand experience in the fields.

Mr. Gao started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Business Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Limited, and later held financial management positions in a number of multinational corporations such as Rio Tinto Group and Foster Wheeler AG, accruing rich international management experience. Mr. Gao received his bachelor's degree from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics, China, majoring in international accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in China, an internationally accredited Certified Internal Auditor, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), a member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (US & UK), and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).
