Genuine Biotech Held Production Ceremony for Oral Drug Azvudine Tablets for COVID-19

On the morning of Aug. 2, Henan Genuine Biotech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Genuine Biotech") held a "Production Ceremony for Oral Drug Azvudine Tablets for COVID-19" in Pingdingshan. The event was hosted by Gao Jianli, the Executive Vice Mayor of Pingdingshan. Zhang Leiming, the Secretary of Pingdingshan Municipal Party Committee, announced the commencement of production. Zhao Wenfeng, Mayor of Pingdingshan, Zhang Yi, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Pingdingshan Urban-Rural Integration Demonstration Zone, Sun Guoquan, Director of Pingdingshan Market Regulation Bureau, and Wang Chaoyang, founder of Genuine Biotech, delivered speeches. Leaders of Pingdingshan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the Municipal People's Congress, and the Municipal Committee of the CPPCC were present at the event.

This ceremony marks the official commencement of Azvudine tablet production, which will provide strong support for the scientific prevention and control of the pandemic in China and safeguarding people's health, and contribute China's strength to a rapid global victory over the COVID-19 pandemic.
